• Click on ‘Sign Up.’
• Enter your name and email address and choose a password.
• Click ‘Create Account’ to proceed.
• Check your email for a verification code from ePetStay.
• Enter the code in the popup box to verify your account.

First Login:

• Once your account is verified, log in with your email and password.
• You’ll be guided through a brief setup process to add your pet’s details and set your preferences.

Quick Tip: Have your pet’s information ready to streamline the setup process.

Account Verification:

Why Verify Your Account? Account verification is crucial for enhancing the security of your account and building trust within the ePetStay community.

Completing Verification:

• After signing up, you’ll receive an email with a verification link or code.
• Click on the link or enter the code in the app or website to verify your account.
• If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder or request a new verification email.

Confirmation:

• Once verified, you’ll receive a confirmation message, and your account will be fully active.

Updating Personal Information

Accessing Your Profile:

• Log into ePetStay.
• Navigate to ‘My Profile’ or ‘Account Settings.’

Editing Personal Details:

• In your profile, select ‘Edit’ or a similar option.
• Update your name, email, or phone number as needed.
• Save changes to update your profile.
